New sanitary landfill to be built in Osh with support of EBRD

Bishkek, April 17, 2024 / Kabar/. With the financial support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), a new sanitary landfill will be built in Osh, the mayor's office reported.

In addition, a work will be carried out to reclaim the old landfill.

Deputy Minister of Finance of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Tatikov got acquainted with the progress of the project. Deputy Mayor Sonunbek Dzhunusbaev told him about the work being carried out within the project to strengthen the material and technical base of the Osh-Tazalyk municipal enterprise.

Currently, relevant tender activities are being carried out, upon completion of which construction will begin.
