New schools to be build in Bishkek’s residential areas

Bishkek, Jan. 27, 2022. / Kabar /. New schools will be built in a number of residential areas of the Kyrgyz capital city, the press service of the Bishkek Mayor's Office said.

The mayor's office of the capital together with construction companies discussed the issue of building new schools in the city.

It should be noted that with the support of President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov, the Cabinet of Ministers of the country, it is planned to build 16 schools in the capital, including the construction of additional buildings to existing ones.

At the meeting Bishkek Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev noted the importance of solving the problems of overcrowding in the capital's schools, the lack of educational institutions in new residential areas and called on representatives of the construction industry to take part in tenders of the mayor's office, thereby supporting the capital in creating favorable conditions for quality education among children.
