For many years, analyses have been carried out, changes in legislation have been made and we, with the project team, decided to create new mechanisms for reforming the Ministry of Internal Affairs by introducing practical technologies. One of them is the interrogation room of investigative interviews, all this is what will allow citizens to ensure their rights and freedoms during the investigations,” Regional Director of the Penal Reform International (PRI) in Central Asia Azamat Shambilov shared.
