New vice prime minister appointed in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Feb. 12, 2020 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov signed a decree according to which Akram Madumarov was appointed vice prime minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, the President’s press service reported.

Today the Parliament members approed Akram Madumarov’s candidacy for the post of vice prime minister.

97 deputies voted for him, 1 deputy voted against.

Earlier, Madumarov was a governor in Batken Oblast.

He will replace Jenish Razzakov, who resigned voluntarily.
