Bishkek, Dec. 8, 17 / Kabar /. The 7th plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly Council of Turkic-speaking countries (TurkPA) was concluded in Bishkek. During the meeting, the participants decided that the next VIII meeting will be conducted in Nov. 2018 in Istanbul, Turkey.
As a result, the Ala-Archa Declaration was signed.
The TurkPA includes four countries: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
It is important to note that this year the chairmanship in this organization moved to Kyrgyzstan.
