Bishkek, April 27, 2021. / Kabar /. No bird flu has been registered in Kyrgyzstan, Head of the Association of Poultry Breeders Mirlan Sherkul uulu said Tuesday at a meeting of the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation on the situation of prices on the market.
He noted that a ban on in the import of eggs and feathers was introduced after an information appeared about the presence of bird flu in neighboring countries, particularly in Kazakhstan.
"This infection has not been registered in Kyrgyzstan. All factories are under strict quarantine and all necessary precautions are being taken. Eggs from bird flu-free regions are also arriving,” Mirlan Sherkul uulu added.
