Bishkek, Nov. 19, 2021 . / Kabar / . There is no deficit of raw milk and processed dairy products in Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan said Friday.
At the moment, there are more than 20 large dairy plants in Kyrgyzstan. In addition, dairy products are produced by small private dairy companies, which have no problems with the supply of raw milk.
The demand of the republic’s population for 2021 is 889,300 tons of milk and dairy products. For 10 months of 201, milk production amounted to 1 million 709 thousand 900 tons of milk. To date the provision of milk and dairy products makes 192.27%.
Besides, 132 thousand 214 tons of dairy products were produced for 10 months of 2021, which is 3 thousand 100 tons more than the previous year, or increased by 121%.
In general, there is no deficit of raw milk and processed dairy products in Kyrgyzstan.
