Bishkek, March 10, 2021 . / Kabar /. No region, no country can withstand external threats alone, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev said at a scientific conference on Kyrgyz-Turkish relations.
According to him, globalization and integration processes are underway.
"No region, no country can stand alone against external threats that exist in the world. These include terrorism, extremism, arms smuggling and drug trafficking," Kazakbaev said.
Nevertheless, even the smallest country has its own voice in addressing these issues.
"Now Kyrgyzstan will pursue a balanced, clear and multifaceted policy. First of all, Kyrgyzstan will build close relations with its neighbors," the minister said.
The scientific conference was held following a meeting of Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev and Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu in Bishkek.
The Turkish foreign minister has arrived in Bishkek for an official visit.
