Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2020 /Kabar/. There are no repeat coronavirus infection cases in Talas Oblast, Coordinator of Kyrgyzstan’s Health Ministry in the oblast Aizhamal Shambetova said during a briefing.
According to her, today the epidemiological situation in the region is stable.
"Despite this, we urge citizens to observe sanitary norms, wear masks and observe social distance," she said.
Besides, the coordinator told about the situation with COVID-19 in the region.
"A total of 1,375 cases of COVID-19 and community-acquired pneumonia have been registered in Talas Oblast so far, including 1,933 laboratory confirmed cases and 1,172 clinically confirmed ones.
1,173 citizens have recovered and been discharged home, 27 citizens are receiving treatment. 65 patients have passed away,” the Health Ministry’s representative concluded.
