Bishkek, April 19, 2021 . / Kabar / . 93 traffic accidents involving children were registered in the Kyrgyz capital city of Bishkek since the beginning of 2021 (108 in 2020), which is 15 accidents less than last year.
The number of children injured in traffic accidents made 105, which is 25 fewer compared to the last year (130 in 2020), the press service of the Patrol Police reported.
Overall, in the 1st quarter of 2021, the number of accidents involving children decreased by 17.3% in comparison with the same period of the last year.
"Patrol Police officers assigned to 101 general education schools in Bishkek carry out explanatory and preventive measures on the observance of traffic rules,” the report says.
