Bishkek, July 22, 2020. /Kabar/. In Bishkek, the number of admissions to inpatient COVID-19 centers is declining, the press service of the capital Mayor’s Office reported Wednesday.
"Day and night-time hospitals of the Mayor’s Office continue to struggle for people's lives in pandemic-era. During the past 24 hours, we have received much less citizens than in previous days. On July 21, daytime hospitals provided medical care to 3 thousand 286 citizens, 590 people applied to night-time hospitals, the number of visits at night also decreased," the report says.
With the support of the capital's entrepreneurs, not indifferent citizens, hospitals are equipped with oxygen concentrators, pulse oximeters, mobile pharmacies are deployed in all.
From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. citizens with mild and moderate forms of SARS receive medical consultations, IVs and injections in 13 day time hospitals, while the rest of the time medical assistance is provided in three night-time hospitals.
On-site teams of doctors, nurses, orderlies, residents and volunteers are on duty. The staff and specialists involved are provided with personal protective equipment, food and temporary accommodation.
