Number of bilateral documents signed following official visit of Kazakh president to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 26, 2022. / Kabar /. A number of bilateral documents, aimed at building up Kyrgyz-Kazakh joint cooperation, were signed as part of the official visit of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Kyrgyzstan.

Sadyr Zhaparov and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a Joint Statement of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In addition, the following documents were signed:

1. Protocol on amendments and additions to the Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the provision of mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal matters dated August 26, 1996

2. Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the prevention and extinguishing of natural fires in the border areas.

3. Protocol on amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the field of education dated July 4, 2006.

4. Agreement between the Government of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the field of aviation search and rescue.

5. Joint action plan of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

6. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of agriculture.

7. Memorandum between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JOINT TECHNOLOGIES LLP on investing in the infrastructure of the industrial trade and logistics complex in the area of ​​the Karasu and Ak-Tilek road checkpoints.

8. Memorandum of cooperation between the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Talas region and the Akimat of the Zhambyl region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Memorandum of cooperation between the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh region and the Akimat of the Turkestan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10. Protocol of intent to conclude an Agreement on cooperation between the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Issyk-Kul region with the Akimat of the Almaty region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11. Memorandum of cooperation between the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Chui region of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Akimat of the Karaganda region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

12. Memorandum of cooperation between the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken region of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Akimat of the Aktobe region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13. Memorandum of cooperation between the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Akimat of the Atyrau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
