Bishkek, Nov. 21, 2018. / Kabar /. Every year more than 10 thousand children in Kyrgyzstan remain in an incomplete family after divorce, deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Aisuluu Mamashova told during a round table in Bishkek.
According to her data, every year more than 40 thousand marriages are registered in the country, but 20% of them end in divorce.

“About 10 thousand children are in orphanages and only 6% of them are orphans. The number of divorces and the number of children left without care are increasing every year. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the responsibility of parents towards their children,” said Aisuluu Mamashova.
