Bishkek, Nov. 26, 2024. /Kabar/. As part of the official visit of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov to the Republic of Austria, a number of bilateral documents were signed aimed at increasing Kyrgyz-Austrian joint cooperation.
Thus, the following documents were signed:
- Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria for 2025-2026;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Austria on cooperation in the field of innovative technologies, best practices and economic cooperation;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Austria on cooperation in the field of innovative technologies, mining and mineral resources extraction;
- Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Austria;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the State Service for Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzpatent) and the Austrian Patent Office;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and ANDRITZ HYDRO GmBH.
