Number of documents signed following SCO CHG meeting in Bishkek

Bishkek, Oct. 26, 2023 . / Kabar / . A number of documents have been signed on Thursday following the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO CHG) in Bishkek.

Specifically:

- Joint communiqué on the results of the 22nd meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States;

- Decision of the SCO on the Report of the SCO Secretariat on the events and meetings held within the framework of the implementation of the Program of Multilateral Trade and Economic Cooperation of the SCO Member States;

- Decision of the CHG on the SCO Financial Report on Budget Execution for 2022;

- Decision of the CHG on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization budget for 2024;

- Decision of the CHG on the Financial Rules of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

- Decision of the CHG on the Regulations on the Monetary Content, Guarantees and Compensations of Officials of Permanent Bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

- Decision of the CHG on the Report of the Commission of External Auditors of the SCO member states on the external audit of financial and economic activities of the SCO standing bodies;

- Decision of the CHG on the Action Plan on the implementation of the Concept of interaction between the railway administrations (railroads) of the SCO member states (Tashkent, Nov. 2, 2019);

- Decision of the CHG on the staffing of the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

- Decision on the staffing table of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

- Decision of the CHG on the Concept of Digital Meeting of Buyers and Sellers from the SCO region;

- Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Procedure for Formation and Execution of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Budget of Dec.1, 2017;

- Initiative to explore prospects for cooperation between ministries and agencies of SCO member states responsible for foreign economic and foreign trade activities in the field of digital trade (accepted without signature);

- Action Plan for the SCO "Year of Ecology" in 2024.
