Bishkek, Dec. 21, 2019. /Kabar/. A number of documents have been signed following the regular meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in St. Petersburg (Russia).
According to the press service of Kyrgyz President, the following documents have been signed:
- On strategic directions of development of the Eurasian economic integration until 2025;
- On Chairman and personal composition of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission;
- On the main approaches to forming the staff of the Eurasian Economic Commission;
- On the main results of the Eurasian Economic Commission’s activity;
- On signing an Agreement on Pension Provision for Workers of the Eurasian Economic Union member states;
- On progress in removing barriers by member States of the Eurasian Economic Union as part of the functioning of the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On implementation of liberalization plans for certain services sectors within the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On amendments to the Regulation on the Eurasian Economic Commission;
- On the plan of measures aimed at formation of common electric power market of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- On the chairmanship of the Eurasian Economic Union bodies;
- On the time and venue of the regular meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.
Presidents of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov, Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Russia Vladimir Putin, as well as Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Moldova Igor Dodon (as an observer) took part in the Eurasian summit in St. Petersburg.
The delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Chingiz Aidarbekov, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the President's Office Daniyar Sydykov, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia Alikbek Dzhekshenkulov, Deputy Prime Minister Jenish Razakov, Minister of Economy Sanjar Mukanbetov.
The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council is the highest supranational body of the Eurasian Economic Union.
