Number of documents to be signed as part of Tokayev’s official visit to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 20, 2022. /Kabar/. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay an official visit to Kyrgyzstan on May 26, the press service of the Kyrgyz president said.

As part of the upcoming visit, bilateral talks will be held with Kyrgyz leader Sadyr Zhaparov.

During a narrow and extended format meetings, the two leaders will discuss topical issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, as well as prospects for further development and building of effective cooperation.

In addition, a number of bilateral documents will be signed.

Kazakhstan’s Tokayev is also expected to attend the Summit of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the First Eurasian Economic Forum to be held on May 27 in the Kyrgyz capital city of Bishkek.

Other EAEU leaders will take part in the events via videoconferencing.
