Number of news agencies sign Tolerance Charter in Dubai including Kabar

Dubai, Feb. 10, 2019 / Kabar /. A number of news agencies, including Kyrgyzstan’s Kabar signed on Sunday "News Agencies Tolerance Charter" in Dubai within the framework the World Government Summit 2019 in Dubai.

More than twenty news agencies from around the world signed the Tolerance Charter, which aims to develop content that extols such virtues as tolerance between global news outlets.

Kabar News Agency’s Director Kubanychbek Taabaldiev signed the document.

The signing was attended by Mansour Al Mansouri, Director-General of the NMC, Mohammed Jalal Al Raisi, Executive Director of WAM, and presidents and directors of news agencies.

The World Government Summit 2019, which started in Dubai, is a global platform dedicated to shaping the future of governments worldwide. The summit of its seventh edition brought together 4,000 participants from 140 countries.
