Number of people infected with coronavirus in Uzbekistan rises to 6

Tashkent, Mar.16, 2020. /Kabar/. In Uzbekistan, the number of people infected with coronavirus has reached 6, Koronavirus Info telegram channel said.

Earlier it was reported that first case of coronavirus was revealed yesterday in Uzbek citizen, who recently returned from France.

According to the results of laboratory analysis by the Scientific Research Institute of Virology, the tests of son and daughter of the coronavirus infected patient also were positive.

The fourth case was detected in a citizen of Uzbekistan, who arrived on Mar.15 en Tashkent-Istanbul flight by Uzbekistan Airways.

Uzbek authorities are taking all necessary measures to prevent coronavirus from spreading in the country.
