Number of victims in military helicopter crash in Bishkek reaches 10

Bishkek, Jan. 17, 2024 /Kabar/. The Ministry of Defense has clarified the number of victims in the crash of a military helicopter in Bishkek.

The press service of the ministry reported that this morning, on the territory of military unit 23565 of the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, a Mi-8MTV helicopter crashed during training flights.

As a result of the helicopter crash, 10 people were injured, one of them was killed, four are in intensive care, two of them are in critical condition, six are in moderate condition.

Officials of the Military District of the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic are working to clarify the circumstances of this incident.
