Bishkek, June 26, 2020./ Kabar /. Restrictive measures on coronavirus will be reintroduced in the capital of Kazakhstan on the coming weekend of June 27-28, large stores will be closed, only grocery stores operate, Interfax reported.
On June 27-28, only grocery stores near houses will work in the capital. The work schedule is from 10 a.m. till 17 p.m.. The activity of all shopping and entertainment centers, trading houses, chain stores, covered food and non-food markets, bazaars / shops will be suspended on weekends, the press service said.
According to chief sanitary doctor of the city, Zhanna Pralieva, the past "home weekend" showed the dynamics of a decrease and "straightening the incidence rate" in the city.
This weekend - June 27 and 28 - we are also introducing a “home weekend.” In the city now there are mainly two centers of infection - family and collective. Citizens are forbidden to leave their homes on weekends, with the exception of going to the nearby food store,(grocery),to the pharmacy, and receiving medical services or going to work whose activities are permitted, Pralieva said.
Only those enterprises will operate that provide the city with vital activities and food stores near the houses. Even markets will be closed. Citizens must buy the necessary products until Saturday. The food stores have everything they need, she said.
The crowded places will also be closed in Nur Sultan at the weekend, public transport will not work.
According to the latest data, 19,750 active cases of COVID-19 infection were detected in Kazakhstan, 12,220 people were cured, 147 people died.
