“ #RuleOfLaw is core to our democracies, as is the freedom to demonstrate peacefully. Inclusive dialogue is vital to ensure the #HumanRights and freedoms of all #KyrgyzstanProtest,” says in the statement

The OSCE includes 57 participating states from Vancouver to Vladivostok, including Kyrgyzstan, and every year the chairmanship is rotated from one country to another; Albania is presiding this year.
