Bishkek, Dec.16, 2019. /Kabar/. The official ceremony of meeting of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov and King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was held Monday, Dec.16 at the Royal Palace in Riyadh.
Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov has arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for official visit yesterday, Dec. 15 at the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
An Honor Guard was lined up and the national anthems of Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia were played.
The two leaders presented members of official delegations.
Further, the sides will negotiate in the extended and narrow format to discuss topical issues of bilateral cooperation between the countries.
Within the framework of the official visit, President Jeenbekov will meet with Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the Consultative Assembly of Saudi Arabia Abdullah ibn Muhammad Al ash-Sheikh.
In addition, meetings are planned with Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Saudi Fund for Development Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Khudairy, and President of the Islamic Development Bank Bandar Hajjar.
Also, the President will take part in the official opening of the new complex of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Saudi Arabia, and meet with compatriots residing in this country.
The Kyrgyz President is accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Chingiz Aidarbekov, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the President's Office Daniyar Sydykov, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the President's Office Almaz Kenenbayev, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Saudi Arabia Abdilatif Jumabayev, deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, Minister of Finance Baktygul Jeenbayeva, Minister of Education and Science Kanybek Isakov, Minister of Emergency Situations Nurbolot Mirzakhmedov, Minister of Economy Sanjar Mukanbetov and Minister of Agriculture, Food Industry and Land Reclamation Erkinbek Choduyev.
