Bishkek, Oct.16, 2024. /Kabar/. The official visit of Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Shakiev to Turkmenistan on Oct. 14-15 is completed, the press service of the Kyrgyz Parliament reported.
As part of the visit, the speaker took part in the Second Meeting of Heads of Parliaments of Central Asia and the Republic of Korea, held in Ashgabat.
He also met with Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Dunyagozel Gulmanova, discussing with her the expansion of political-economic, cultural and humanitarian ties, as well as the strengthening of inter-parliamentary cooperation.
