Bishkek, May 27, 2020 / Kabar /. Ombudsman of the Kyrgyz Republic Tokon Mamytov and head of the human rights department of Ombudsman Kolopov visited the pre-trial detention center of the State Committee for National Security, the Ombudsman’s press service reported.
They held meetings and conversations with the detainees Kanybek Osmonaliev, Duishon Zilaliev, Albek Ibraimov, Almazbek Atambayev, Aibek Kaliev, Sardor Abdrakhmanov and Bektursun Aitaliev.
During a conversation with the Ombudsman, Osmonaliev complained about his state of health and showed a confirming medical certificate issued by the Clinical Hospital.
Almazbek Atambayev told about drops and sharp jumps in his blood pressure.
They also complained against some judges and heads of law enforcement agencies in connection with the allegedly illegal actions committed by them.
All voiced complaints and appeals will be carefully analyzed by the employees of the Ombudsman Institute, after which appropriate written appeals to the courts and state bodies of the republic will be prepared, the report said.
