Bishkek, Nov. 17, 2020. /Kabar/. Today, Nov. 17, a mobile clinic has started its work in Osh city where everyone can get anonymous and free testing for sexually transmitted infections - HIV, syphilis.
According to the Kyrgyz Health Ministry, it is also possible to test for viral hepatitis B and C, as well as to conduct an abdominal ultrasound, to take a blood sugar test.
All tests are done anonymously and free of charge.
The mobile clinic, deployed in Osh as part of the declared month of the fight against AIDS under the motto "Sakta" (Protect) and timed to Dec. 1 - World AIDS Day, employs doctors and medical workers of the Osh Regional Center for AIDS Prevention and Control and the Osh Interregional Unified Clinical Hospital.
The mobile clinic in Osh city will work in front of the Babur Drama Theater from 8:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m. every day, during the whole week until Nov. 22.
