Opening ceremony of Maarif school held in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept. 10, 2021 /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulukbek Maripov and Vice President of the Republic of Turkey Fuat Oktay took part in the opening ceremony of the Maarif educational complex in Bishkek.

“On behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers, I would like to congratulate all compatriots on the opening of the modern Maarif educational complex in Bishkek. I am convinced that investing in the education of our children, in the upbringing of the younger generation, is the only correct and rational way. It is gratifying that the new educational complex meets all modern standards for educational institutions of this class. I am sure that it will be a pleasure for children to study here, and for teachers to work,” Ulukbek Maripov said wishing good luck.

The greement on the opening of the Maarif educational complex between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Turkish Maarif foundation was signed on November 10, 2020.

The educational complex in Bishkek is designed to train 400 students, 53 teachers will work here. Most of the teaching staff are local specialists of the highest level.

Currently, there are more than 300 educational institutions of the Maarif system, in 44 countries of the world, where about 43 thousand students study.

In addition, Ulukbek Maripov and Fuat Oktay visited the Bishkek State Hospital of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship.
