Bishkek, Dec. 26, 2017. /Kabar/. Bishkek hosted the annual meeting of the organizations “First Children's Hospice” and “Easy to Assist” where the Minister of Labor and Social Development Taalaygul Isakunova participated.
Isakunova expressed gratitude to the participants of the event and all those who support the traditions of kindness and mercy in Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Labor’s press service reported.
"The society should know its heroes in person, and should support the development of volunteerism and the social commitment of individuals who are willing to sacrifice their time, knowledge, skills, financial capabilities to alleviate the fate of the person in need," she said.
Isakunova together with the organizers awarded the Red Cross and Crescent Society in the Kyrgyz Republic, the American Charity Fund LDS Charities, the Soros Foundation-Kyrgyzstan and the citizens of Bakyt Akmoldoyev, Amin Valiev and Arstan Zhooshbaev for their mercy work.
“The First Children's Hospice” was opened on the initiative of the executive director of the Public Fund “Helping Easy” by Dinara Alyaeva. The fund assisted 52 palliative children with their medicines, food and doctors' consultations. 10 dying children were also helped.
