Bishkek, Mar.3, 2020 /Kabar/. On Mar.3, 2020 the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Programme Office in Bishkek handed over office equipment to the State Agency for Local Self-Government and Inter-Ethnic Relations (SALSGIR) under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the SALSGIR press service, 23 sets of office equipment were donated by the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek as part of an agreement, signed on Jan. 31, 2020, aimed at improving the activities of the SALSGIR.
SALSGIR Director Bakhtiyar Saliyev and Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, Ambassador Pierre von Arx signed an agreement on the donation of 23 sets of office equipment.
The agreement was signed as part of the project, aimed at preventing inter-ethnic and inter-confessional conflicts.
This work is aimed at strengthening national unity and developing civil identity, inter-ethnic harmony and stability in Kyrgyzstan.
