Bishkek, July 14, 2021 . / Kabar / . Chairman of Kyrgyzstan’s State Customs Service Samat Isabekov met on Tuesday with Head of OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, Ambassador Alexey Rogov.
The press service of the State Customs Service (SCS) reported that during the meeting, the sides debated the ongoing interaction between the STS and the OSCE in the framework of the project "Capacity Building of the SCS in the field of cross-border cooperation and development of economic relations," as well as plans for the near future, aimed at promoting the modernization and institutional development of the Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, during the meeting following documents were signed:
- Interaction Plan between the State Customs Service and the OSCE for the second half of 2021;
- Agreement on donation of computer equipment and technical facilities to the Kyrgyz State Customs Service.
Chairman Isabekov expressed gratitude for the provided technical assistance, a significant contribution to the development of customs services in various areas of customs affairs.
Samat Isabekov and Alexey Rogov noted the results achieved, and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation in the framework of the signed Plan of Cooperation between the SCS and the OSCE for 2021.
