Bishkek, May 22, 2023. /Kabar/. A meeting was held between First Deputy Mayor of Osh city Mars Isaev and Deputy Mayor of the People's Government of the city of Kashgar (China) Chen Honglin in the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan, Osh city.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the development of bilateral ties and the strengthening of mutual cooperation.
During his welcoming speech, Mars Isaev expressed his deep respect for the leadership of the city of Kashgar and noted that today Kyrgyz-Chinese relations are characterized by dynamic development based on the principles of equality and mutual respect for the interests of the parties in the political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
In turn, Chen Hongling expressed readiness to develop bilateral cooperation and invited the leadership of the city of Osh to visit the city of Kashgar.
Also during the meeting, the sides discussed issues of cooperation and strengthening of friendly ties in such areas as trade cooperation, transport issues, border issues.
