Osh Fest - 2019: Silk Road caravan passes through streets of Osh

Osh, Aug. 19, 2019 / Kabar /. The tourism festival “Osh Fest-2019” with the Silk Road Caravan was held in Osh on Saturday.

At the beginning of the festival, the Silk Road Caravan passed along the streets of Osh city, where the caravan participants presented their goods, spices, and souvenirs.

The Silk Road Caravan includes horse riders, camels, yaks, walking artists and actors.

The caravan participants in the ethnographic complex Alymbek-Datka were met by Osh Mayor Taalaibek Sarybashov, UNDP representatives in Osh, leaders of Osh Destination organization, heads of various organizations working in the tourism sector, representatives of the Osh branch, Peoples Assembly of Kyrgyzstan, residents of the city, the public.
