Osh Mayor discusses implementation of joint projects with head of UN Women

Bishkek, Dec. 6, 2021. / Kabar /. Mayor of Osh city Almaz Mambetov met with representative of UN-Women in Kyrgyzstan Ulziyisuren Zhamsran.

The mayor, in his opening speech, emphasized the importance of the work that this organization is doing to strengthen gender equality. In turn, Ulziisuren Zhamsran spoke about plans for the implementation of innovative projects to improve the interaction of the population with state bodies and local self-government bodies with a focus on digitalization mechanisms.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the development of bilateral relations, as well as the implementation of joint projects in the field of improving relations between local authorities and the population. The sides agreed to develop bilateral cooperation for the benefit of Osh residents.
