Osh, Sept. 17, 2021 . / Kabar / . Mayor of Kyrgyzstan’s Osh city Almaz Mambetov met with Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan Khurshid Mirzahidov.
During the meeting, the sides debated issues of bilateral cooperation and the development of socio-cultural and humanitarian ties.
In addition, the mayor and the ambassador discussed the issue of assistance in organizing mobile voting in Osh city for citizens of Uzbekistan in the presidential elections.
Almaz Mambetov expressed support for organizing mobile voting, emphasizing that the local authorities will provide the necessary assistance.
Ambassador Mirzahidov noted that it is planned to organize voting on the basis of four universities in Osh. He also offered assistance in the development of digitalization, including the introduction of high technology.
