Osh Oblast resident who hid his COVID-19 disease contracted people

Bishkek, Apr.8, 2020./Kabar/. Resident of the city of Osh who had not reported his COVID-19 disease has infected 7-8 people, Commandant of Kara-Suu, Nookat regions, Osh city and Head of Osh Oblast Internal Affairs Department Malik Nurdinov said at a briefing.

He said at the moment the detainee and his wife are under observation.

"He managed to infect seven or eight people. These people were also in contact with others. All of them have been identified and placed under observation," he said.

Commandant Nurdinov urged people to be careful and responsible.

The man who hid the disease will be arrested after he recovers.

Earlier, it was reported that a man in Osh hid his disease with the coronavirus. He's facing five years in prison.
