At the international airport in Osh on November 16, a solemn meeting of the world champion in sambo in the weight category up to 74 kg Beknazar Raimkul uulu and the silver medalist of the World Sambo Championship in the weight category up to 62 kg Orozbek Avtandil uulu took place.
The ceremony was attended by Vice Mayor of Osh Kadyrov, President of the Federation for MMA and Pankration Ulukbek Omurzakov, representatives of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports, coaches, athletes and relatives of champions.
Vice Mayor of Osh Kadyrov congratulated the athletes on the victory and wished further successes in the sports.
The World Cup 2017 on sambo was held November 10-12 in Sochi.
In the weight category up to 74 kg Beknazar Raimkul uulu became the new world champion.
