Bishkek, Feb. 11, 2022 . / Kabar / . 4,244 people graduated in medical specialties from universities of Kyrgyzstan in 2021 Nuripa Mukanova, the Secretary General of the Anti-Corruption Business Council (ABC) said during a briefing on Friday in Bishkek.
She added that 450 of them have graduated on a grant basis and 3,794 - on a contract.
"Students who graduated from our country could not certify their diplomas in their home countries. This shows the quality of knowledge they received here, in our country,” said Mukanova.
The secretary general reminded that Kyrgyzstan is blacklisted in Pakistan as a country with a poor level of education in the medical field.
Mukanova said that there are universities in Kyrgyzstan with medical faculties where teachers do not know English, for example, in Jalal-Abad State University.
