Over 40 roadblocks set up in Bishkek, says commandant

Bishkek, March 25, 2020. /Kabar/. 41 roadblocks have been set up in Bishkek, Commandant of the capital and Deputy Internal Affairs Minister of the republic Almazbek Orozaliyev said at a briefing.

According to him, Bishkek is divided into four parts, each of which has a commandant.

From March 25 to April 15, a state of emergency is in force in the cities of Bishkek, Osh and Dzhalal-Abad, Nookat and Kara-Suu regions of Osh Oblast and in Suzak region of Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.

Movement for all citizens, except for those who are issued with a pass, namely internal affairs officers and medical and civil servants, is limited between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. (night time). A curfew is established.

The number of citizens infected with coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan has increased to 44.

Two new cases were revealed today, March 25.
