Bishkek, July 14, 2020. /Kabar/. In the near future, Kyrgyzstan will receive more than 40 thousand packages of necessary medicines, the press service of the Department of Drug Provision and Medical Equipment of the republic’s Health Ministry reported.
"On the basis of the revised clinical guidelines for the treatment of COVID-19 and pneumonia of June 18, the main list of 56 names of drugs and medical products, without dosage forms, so that there were no obstacles for their import into Kyrgyzstan was complied,” the report says.
Eight drugs, including anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs have been recognized as the most vital.
"More than 40 thousand packages of anticoagulants are expected to be delivered in Kyrgyzstan in the near future, but this is still not enough. Currently, pharmaceutical companies are looking for a way out of this situation, have made applications and are waiting for their turn at manufacturing plants. So far, only a small number of necessary medicines are found now,” the Drug Provision Department said.
