Bishkek, Jan. 23, 2024 /Kabar/. Over three years employment services have provided assistance in finding employment to 48.1 thousand unemployed Kyrgyzstanis, the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan reported.
2021 – 15.6 thousand people were employed,
2022 – 15.8 thousand people,
2023 – 16.7 thousand people.
Thanks to the measures taken during this period, the number of unemployed in the republic decreased by 8%.
The official unemployment rate decreased by 0.4 percentage points (from 2.9% in 2021 to 2.5% in 2023.
