Over 800 recoveries from novel coronavirus registered in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 17, 2020. /Kabar/. Throughout the country, 21 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have been discharged from hospitals in the past 24 hours, Chief Sanitary Doctor and Deputy Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Nurbolot Usenbayev told a news briefing at the Government House.

"All their repeated analysis showed negative results. A total of 804 citizens across the country have been cured of COVID-19; they've all been sent home," Usenbayev added.

Kyrgyzstan has confirmed 21 more cases of coronavirus infection on Sunday, 1,138 in total.

14 have passed away.
