Over KGS 2 bln of investments attracted to Talas Oblast since beginning of year: governor

Bishkek, June 7, 2020. /Kabar/. For four months of 2020, KGS 2 billion 49.4 million of investments have been attracted in fixed capital of Talas Oblast, Governor Marat Murataliyev said during a briefing.

According to him, KGS 1 billion 229.8, or 2.5 times more than last year were attracted.

Marat Murataliyev noted that despite the pandemic, there was a good tax collection rate.

"Thus, KGS 419 million were collected instead of the planned KGS 318.9 million. The plan was fulfilled by 131.4%," the governor stressed.

Talas Oblast is still only region of Kyrgyzstan with no registered cases of COVID-19.
