Over million Kyrgyzstanis received second dose of COVID-19 vaccine

Bishkek, Dec. 27, 2021 . / Kabar / . In Kyrgyzstan, another 844 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 coronavirus infection.

The Health Ministry of the republic reported that of these, 844 citizens received the first dose, while 356 compatriots were given the second shot.

According to the latest data on vaccination rollout, a total of 1,214,169 Kyrgyzstanis have been vaccinated with the first dose of the vaccine, and 1,000,438 people have been given both the first and second shots.

Kyrgyzstan started the vaccination campaign on March 29, 2020. The country is inoculating its citizens with Sinopharm, Sputnik-V, Sputnik-Light, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
