Osh, Aug. 17, 2021 . / Kabar / . As part of the "Bus of Solidarity" campaign, a team of specialists consisting of government officials and qualified local lawyers provide free legal assistance to the population in the regions of Kyrgyzstan’s Osh Oblast.
Thus, more than a thousand local residents of Osh Oblast’s regions have received free legal assistance since mid-June of 2021.
The mobile groups included employees of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, the Social Fund, the State Registration Service, the State Agency for Land Resources and the Judicial Department.
As part of the campaign, 289 free legal consultations were provided to residents of villages of Uzgen region of Osh Oblast. Assistance was also provided to 332 local residents of villages of Kara-Suu region, 136 people in villages of Alay and Chong-Alay regions, and 302 residents of Nookat, Aravan and Kara-Kuldzha regions.
From June 14 till July 26, mobile groups provide legal and juridical help on the following issues:
- drawing up statements of claim and other statements;
- inheritance registration;
- alimony collection;
- labor disputes;
- family disputes;
- obtaining and restoration of documents;
- land law and other legal issues.
