Bishkek, Oct. 18, 2021 / Kabar /. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Edil Baisalov held a regular meeting of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, during the meeting, issues of vaccination of the population against COVID-19 in the republic were discussed, as well as issues of the supply of vaccines and the availability of vaccine stocks.
Edil Baisalov noted the importance of conducting and strengthening explanatory work among citizens about the need to receive a vaccine.
During the meeting, the Ministry of Health was instructed to constantly monitor the epidemiological situation of coronavirus infection and, if it worsens, immediately inform the headquarters for taking appropriate measures.
Further, the meeting participants discussed issues related to payments of accounts payable for medicines to suppliers.
In addition, during the meeting of the headquarters, the issue of compensation payments to medical workers in the "red zone" was considered.
