Bishkek, Feb. 16, 2021 / Kabar /. Bishkek militia detained the foreign citizens - suspects in committing the robbery, the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek reported.
The report said that on Feb 15, 2021, a citizen of Pakistan applied to the Bishkek city Department of Internal Affairs with a written request to take measures against a group of young Pakistanis who, on Feb. 14 of this year, at about 01:00 a.m. seized money in the amount of USD 1,000 by using physical force.
Also, on Feb. 15, 2021, another citizen of Pakistan applied to the Bishkek militia to take measures against a group of young Pakistanis who, on Feb. 14 of this year, at about 01:00 am, seized money in the amount of USD 3,000 by using physical force.
These facts were registered in the the Oktyabrsky District Internal Affairs Department and pre-trial proceedings have been started under Article 201 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
While carrying out a complex of investigative and search measures, officers of the criminal police detained suspects - citizens of Pakistan. All of them are placed in the isolation ward of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
Currently, the corresponding investigative actions are underway.
