Bishkek, Feb.6, 2020./Kabar/. Park with Disneyland elements may appear in Bishkek, the press service of the capital’s Mayor’s Office reported.
The project of the new Balalyk (Childhood) park at the crossroads of Baitik Baatyr and Tokombayev streets with an area of about 10.2 hectares was prepared by specialists of the Bishkek Main Architecture (BMA) and Capital Construction Department (CCD).
"Fountains, gazebos, walking trails, bicycle lanes are planned in the park, the park will be illuminated by 200 lanterns, public toilets and parking spaces, including for people with disabilities. Flowerbeds, more than 900 trees and shrubs will be sown and planted," the report says.
In addition, Deputy Bishkek Mayor for Architecture and Construction Ulanbek Azygaliyev said the park will have new attractions for children with Disneyland elements.
Note that Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov, Bishkek Mayor Aziz Surakmatov and Chairman of Bishkek City Council Abirov took part in laying the capsule for the construction of the park.
