Bishkek, Jan. 18, 2019. /Kabar/. All the teams that made their way into the playoffs of the Asian Cup 2019 in the UAE became known.
The following teams advanced to the 1/8 finals: Thailand, China, Iran, Oman, Jordan, Vietnam, Japan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Games in the next round will begin on Sunday, January 20th. The first to play are Jordan-Vietnam, Thailand-China, Iran-Oman.
Kyrgyzstan to play against the United Arab Emirates on Monday, January 21.
The Kyrgyz team is taking part in such a large-scale tournament for the first time. Moreover, Ak Shumkar players managed to get into the Cup playoffs, thanks to three goals scored by forward Vitalij Lux at the match against the Philippines team.
