Bishkek, May 23, 2019. /Kabar/. Participants of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Media Forum visited the Chyngyz Aitmatov House Museum and met with his family.
During the excursion the guests visited the museum, manuscripts and the writer's office, discussed his life and work, and shared their memories of the first acquaintance with the works of Chyngyz Aitmatov.
The guests left notes in the book of visitors of the Chyngyz Aitmatov House Museum at the end of tour.
The SCO Media Forum will be held in Bishkek tomorrow, May 24. The event is organized within the framework of the Kyrgyz Republic's presidency in the SCO.
Heads of state bodies, representatives of the SCO Secretariat, leading mass media, as well as media experts from the SCO countries were invited to the Media Forum to discuss the “Role of mass media in the development of the SCO.”
