Bishkek, March 26, 2020. /Kabar/. Passing of Kyrgyzstan’s carriers with cargo across the Kyrgyz-Kazakh state border has been resumed, the press service of the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan said on Wednesday.
Thus, as of March 25, 2020, 97 trucks arrived in the Kyrgyz Republic through the Ak-Tilek-Avtodorozhnyi, and 26 through the Chon-Kapka-Avtodorozhnyi checkpoints.
At the same time, a total of 192 overweight vehicles left the Kyrgyz Republic through the above-mentioned checkpoints. Trucks are allowed to pass through the checkpoints unhindered.
Among the transported items are equipment, food, consumer goods, construction materials, household chemicals, auto parts, cosmetics and others.
In connection with measures to combat coronavirus infection, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan introduced a temporary ban on the export of products to third countries.
